The short version
Be decent. Assume the other person is trying to help. Criticise the work, not the person.
What is expected
- Give people the benefit of the doubt, especially across a language barrier.
- Keep disagreements about the thing being built.
- Accept that maintainers have limited time and may say no.
- Respect the project's boundaries around rights and consent. This project builds tooling for voice cloning, and "how do I clone a voice I have no right to" is not a question it will help with.
What is not
Harassment, personal attacks, demographic insults, deliberate misgendering, sexual attention or imagery, publishing others' private information, or sustained disruption.
Scope
Issues, pull requests, discussions, and any other project space, plus public spaces when representing the project.
Enforcement
Report to the maintainers via private vulnerability reporting or by opening an issue asking for a contact route. Reports are handled confidentially.
Maintainers may edit or remove contributions, and may ban a contributor temporarily or permanently for behaviour they judge inappropriate. Where the call is not clear cut, maintainers will explain their reasoning.
Attribution
Adapted loosely from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1.
